The guarantee. If you are not happy with WorldFrame, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Your files are always yours to keep, whether you stay or not.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@tryworldframe.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you bought with, or your Gumroad order number.
- We process the refund through Gumroad, usually within a few business days. It returns to your original payment method.
You do not need to explain why. If something did not work for you, a short note about what went wrong helps us improve WorldFrame, but it is never required.
After the 14 days
Because WorldFrame is a digital product you download and keep, refunds outside the 14-day window are handled case by case. If the app is not working as described, contact us and we will make it right, whether that is a fix, help, or a refund.
Your work is always yours
A refund ends your license, but it never touches your files. Everything you created stays as plain Markdown on your own disk, readable with or without WorldFrame.
